AERO Senior Leadership Engagement

This six- to eight-hour course is designed as a learning experience for senior leaders to understand how changing some key behaviors and applying some new lessons can have a dramatic effect on the company’s potential to reduce errors and events.

This course provides leadership teams with an understanding of the science of human and organizational performance and how to integrate error reduction technology into their organization.

Foundation Realization Sustainability Model

FRS is a customizable performance enhancement process aimed at inculcating proficiency of our core tools such as the E-Colors and Personal Intervention within the organization. We have found the following three phrases to be critical for organizations to achieve their desired results:

Foundation

Our coaches first lead workshops and engagements with senior leaders and managers, then with the rest of the workforce to ensure a deep understanding of the tools, mental models and practices introduced. Follow-up coaching with senior leaders and managers is recommended to accelerate change in performance.

Realization

Once everyone in the organization has attained high levels of fluency, leaders and teams can begin to realize the potential of applying the tools to overcome organizational challenges, achieve strategic objectives and drive specific business results. When the organization starts to see the results they desire, we focus on achieving sustainability. This is done through the creation of a Champions Network whereby a number of individuals are identified to form a team to steward the process. These individuals attend a five-day Coach The Trainer workshop to become proficient in the tools and are supported on an ongoing basis by Equilibria coaches.

At Equilibria, we have partnered with Fisher Improvement Technologies (FIT) who are experts in the field of human and organizational performance to develop the next generation error reduction technology known as Advanced Error Reduction in Organizations (AERO). The combination of Equilibria’s personality diversity expertise and FIT’s human performance expertise makes AERO a potent solution.

The AERO System (shown in the graphic below) is a core element of our advanced error reduction technology. It is an interdependent system where individuals aware of and managing their personality tendencies interact with people, programs, processes, work environments, organization and equipment.

AERO helps leaders understand that setting people up for success means deliberately managing these task-based systems to protect individuals in the event that they make an error. It also provides the individuals doing the task with the tools to dramatically reduce their individual error rate.
